At MiniMuffs, our goal is simple: we want every kid to enjoy their childhood in calm, softly made clothing that feels gentle on the skin. We understand that shopping for kids requires trust, which is why our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair, clear, and parent-friendly.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Returned with original tags and packaging intact
- Requested within 3 days of order delivery
MiniMuff reserves the right to reject items that do not meet these conditions.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues, damaged products, or incorrect items delivered. Seasonal items may only be exchanged within the same season to maintain product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Color variation may occur due to screen settings
- MiniMuff reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
