• Include your details (optional but appreciated):
  Your child’s first name
  A small caption if you want (“Fun at the park!”)
• Consent check: By sending us the photo, you give MiniMuffs permission to feature it on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• We’ll share it: Our social media team will select cute photos to feature with a little shoutout to your kid!

Yes! We want you to be happy with your purchase.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and with tags intact
• Seasonal items can only be exchanged for items in the same season
• Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded

For returns/exchanges, simply contact us first and we’ll guide you.

You only pay if the return is not due to damage, wrong delivery, or a promotion.

For other cases, shipping is at the customer’s cost.

Once your request has been accepted, you will simply courier the item back to us and we will be in touch with you through WhatsApp.
